Queen Mother of Atwima Trabuom in the Ashanti Region, Nana Akua Nkrumah Adasa, has cautioned Senior High School graduates to stay away from married men to avoid premature deaths.

She delivered the warning during the graduation ceremony of Afia Kobi Serwaa Ampem Girls SHS for the 2026 year group on Sunday, June 14, 2026.

Nana Adasa urged the girls not to make married women live in fear.

“Don’t let married women live in fear because you have completed SHS and that you are coming home to live with them,”she said.

She advised them to focus on the next step of their academic journey and avoid men, particularly married men.

The Queen Mother called on the students to utilize the skills they acquired in school to build meaningful lives for themselves.

She stressed that discipline and focus will help them achieve their goals instead of distractions.

Headmistress of the school, Madam Emelia Denutsi, commended government, parents, and teachers for their contributions to the students’ journey.

She pledged the school’s continued commitment to giving quality education to all students.

Chief Executive Officer of Danny Praise Computers, Mr. Daniel Agyei, who was the keynote speaker, urged graduates to focus on acquiring a skill after school.

He emphasized that humility, hard work, integrity, and consistency are key to succeeding in any chosen field.

Mr. Agyei hailed the students for availing themselves for the three-year SHS training.

He noted that completing SHS has paved the way for them to further their academic journey and become responsible citizens.
