Raymond Archer, the Executive Secretary of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), has characterized the agency's ongoing investigation into the PDS saga as a methodical and professional process.
Appearing on JoyNews’ Newsfile on Saturday, May 9, Archer maintained that the probe is strictly evidence-based and follows due process.
His remarks follow a surge in public interest and fresh scrutiny surrounding the investigation into alleged financial irregularities within the Electricity Company of Ghana.

Addressing concerns over the agency's conduct, Archer stated that EOCO is performing its duties without bias.
"We are doing a very professional and methodical work at EOCO into this PDS probe," he emphasised.
