Life is a journey: Live it (Part 50)

Life is a journey: Live it (Part 50)

The other autobiography
asked for the entire commission we were entitled to receive for an order placed by Menzbek Limited claiming the order was based on the work of Black & White International Business Limited. Both my partners on the ground and the supplier in Germany refused the idea knowing her intention. Emma Heerde once the money had come into her hands would have never given me my rightful share. I would have died of hunger in Ghana so my wife Alberta and I would have danced over my grave. No, my supporters said that was not acceptable. They sat down with me and suggested that they pay the commission half and half. I agreed. As Emma Heerde closed the company this business is only for me now. She wanted everything and lost everything. Not good behaviour.

It is equally not good behaviour that she has a passport with the wrong date and year of birth like so many Africans have. She is two years older than people think which might help her to retire earlier. Time will tell.

Her lawyer from Blankenese sent me a request to give my consent and signature to close the Deutsche Finanzagentur GmbH account and release the money locked in it. I refused as it was in fact the money of my late mother set aside to balance the loan taken from her bank account into ours of our company. Bank statements of Haspa and UniCredit can be compared and serve as proof of my claim. At any time in any court of the world, as I said earlier, I am ready to testify and swear an oath besides undergoing a polygraph test. I even pay for it myself and for one of my ex-wives.

When I returned from Ghana Emma Heerde’s lawyer sent me again and again, but I refused as long as his client would not accept that the money belongs to us, the children of our mother. Emma Heerde refused. Together with my wife Alberta we asked Jutta Baerthel in her office in Fuhlsbütteler Straße to represent me against my former wife. I gave our lawyer all the documents needed to stand for me. We left her office and strange things unfolded. For three months I did not hear from the lawyer. No copy of any letter written to the lawyer of Emma Heerde. I went back to her wondering about the situation. At that point not earlier did she ask for € 500 upfront fees which I gave her secretary in cash in her office, got my receipt and was asked to sign a form mandating her to work on my behalf. Before with my wife Alberta as witness, I gave her the mandate to discuss the closure of the bank account according to my instructions for the benefit of us heirs not to share half for Emma Heerde and me. She had agreed.

As time passed, no copy of any letter from her sent to the lawyer in Blankenese came into my hands. This is not standard practice. If I had received a copy things would have gone another way. Out of the blue Jutta Baerthel asked for my bank account. She managed to close the bank account and wanted to transfer half to me. This was against the mandate given to her. I asked another lawyer, Madam Perner in Alte Wöhr, to fight against the first lawyer and bring me justice. She is a very good lawyer, Madam Perner. She asked for the file of the cases but was refused. To take the matter to the Hamburg Bar Association is what I tried but later dropped it.
