An astute businessman and philanthropist, Enock Nyarko on Friday 28th July submitted his nomination forms to contest in the upcoming NPP parliamentary primaries of the Jaman North Constituency in the Bono region.
At a colourful ceremony, the young man was mobbed by cheerful party supporters, sympathizers and community members who declared unflinching support for his candidature when they accompanied him to submit his forms to the constituency executives at the party’s office in Sampa.
Mr Nyarko’s nomination forms was received by the Jaman North Constituency Secretary of the ruling party, Hon Emmanuel Twene with a cheque of Gh 17,500 .00 as filling fee.
The constituency secretary after receiving the candidate’s forms and the accompanied filling fee commended him for confirming his interest to contest in the upcoming primaries in the constituency wishing him well on behalf of the constituency executives and the party.
He then encouraged him to continue engaging with party delegates as he solicits their support to be given the nod as the parliamentary candidate of the NPP in Jaman North come 2024.
Hon Emmanuel Twene also advised Mr Enock Nyarko and his campaign team to ensure a clean campaign devoid of insults and personal attacks on other contesting candidates.

He said he has always upheld politics devoid of insults and personal attacks even on opponents of the other divide let alone family members who are also in the race with him.
He said his cordial relations and engagement with grassroots and top NPP delegates in the constituency have assured him of their mandate.
According to the philanthropist, his message to the delegates has been received in good fate and therefore very optimistic to be elected as their parliamentary candidate to win the seat from the NDC and represent the constituents in the next parliament come 2025.
Enock Nyarko is a true son of the Jaman North constituency with his mother and father coming from Asuokor and Goka respectively.
A very staunch and active member of the ruling NPP, Mr Enock Nyarko has supported and resourced the party in the Jaman North constituency in countless ways including renting an office for the party in the constituency as well as funded party activities on many occasions.
The candidate through his Charity Foundation, Enock Nyarko Charity Foundation has initiated a number of development projects in several communities in the Jaman North constituency.
He has also supported most communities in kind and cash during community programmes and ceremonies.
Currently, Mr Enock Nyarko is putting up a health facility Asuokor, his hometown which when completed will help address the health needs of Asuokor and its surrounding communities.
Mr Enock Nyarko is the second of the six candidates who picked the forms to submit his nomination after the former MP who has staged a come back filed on Thursday.
