Liberty Professionals assistant coach Ignatius Osei Fosu says he is pleased with their victory over Inter Allies in the round of 64 of the MTN F.A Cup.
In an all premier league encounter, the Dansoman based club needed penalties to dispatch off Inter Allies after the game ended goalless after 120 minutes.
Osei Fosu says he is pleased with his players' performance in the game but conceded they need to improve their decision making on the pitch.
'After five draws I knew it was going to be a very tough game but we thank God we were able to secure victory.
I told the players that in these knockout competitions all we had to do was to avoid conceding because at the end of the game someone would surely lose.
For me it was a good game but again the problem was that some of our decision making was poor and we would have to improve on it,' he said.
The win sends Liberty through to the round of 32 and they will know their opponents when the draw is held later.
