A disturbing incident has reportedly occurred at Nchiraa Senior High School in the Wenchi Municipality of the Bono Region, where a senior student allegedly assaulted a junior student over a missing mobile phone.
According to preliminary information gathered, the incident began when the senior student confronted the junior regarding the whereabouts of a mobile phone that had allegedly gone missing. Although the ownership and circumstances surrounding the missing device have not yet been independently verified, eyewitnesses say the confrontation quickly escalated.
Rather than reporting the matter to school authorities, housemasters, or disciplinary officers for investigation, the senior student allegedly took matters into his own hands and repeatedly slapped the junior student in what witnesses described as a humiliation.
As of the time of filing this report, school authorities had not publicly commented on the incident, and it remains unclear whether disciplinary action has been taken against the senior student involved.

The senior student should immediately be arrested by the police and let us know this immediately as a nation. This type of indiscriminate conduct should not be allowed in our educational space.
