African countries began to fight for their independence, with Ghana becoming the first Sub-Saharan nation to do so on March 6, 1957. The countries felt that they had had enough of the continent's pillage, and the living conditions of subhuman bondage. However, the New Patriotic Party, one of Ghana's major political parties that has been in power for almost eight years, is doing exactly what the colonial masters did, to force them out of Africa, almost seven decades after Ghana gained its independence.

Though democratic governments have come and gone in Ghana, the current one led by Akufo Addo-Bawumia, has been the worst, full of agony, destruction, and mental torture. One of the NPP's founding fathers, Mr. Nyaho Tamakloe, claims that when the party's members chose to endorse Akufo Addo for president, he objected and forewarned them. According to a proverb, the words of the elderly carry wisdom; Mr. Tamakloe was quite knowledgeable in his subject. I think a criminal has control over Ghana.

After the NPP came to power, Akufo Addo appointed his relative Ken Ofori-Atta as Finance Minister. This appointment is extremely uncommon and almost unheard of in the world. It is likely due to Addo's belief that his father or ancestors own Ghana. That is how Ghana, under Mahama's administration, went from being a wealthy country with a robust economy to beginning to deteriorate owing to pervasive corruption and money laundering, which brought about economic catastrophe.

The so-called human rights advocate Akufo Addo accused former Ghanaian leader John Mahama of corruption and incompetence after pleading with the people to grant him the authority to serve them more effectively. He further stated that if he failed, they should remove him from office, but today, he had instead turned into a colonial and slave master, abusing his power by torturing the populace through the judiciary and the head of the Electoral Commission he had appointed.

Which nation's citizens would entertain a leader who promised to fight corruption, and illegal mining, and give the people a better life, only to find out later that he is the one responsible for all those immoralities? In addition to being corrupt, Akufo Addo has shown to be a highly dangerous leader who doesn't mind killing Ghanaians to get his failed vice president, Mahamudu Bawumia, into the presidency. The president believes Ghanaians are foolish because they can put up with all his nonsense.

Akufo Addo, who promised tax reduction, has levied more taxes on Ghanaians than any other leader, including COVID and E-Levy. However, due to his extreme laziness and tendency toward deceit, extravagant spending, and rampant corruption with impunity, the country's economy, businesses, and investments have been severely damaged. Since Akufo Addo took office, thousands of Ghanaians have lost their businesses, and many youths have perished in the ocean in search of greener pastures.

The president is the most corrupt in Ghanaian political history since his corruption scandals exceed the ex-president he accused. He became more famous when the foreign media, Al Jazeera, investigated the president's role in the illegal gold trade. In addition to his desire for corruption, Akufo Addo enjoys renaming organizations that have already been established and selling government properties. After almost eight years in office without any projects, the NPP has incurred GH658.6 billion in debt.

The president's plan to rig the 2024 presidential election and force his failed and unqualified vice president upon Ghanaians, is the riskiest thing he has ever proposed to do. Violence would result from this since most Ghanaians do not support Bawumia or his running companion, Matthew Opoku Prempeh. Akufo Addo disregards the danger of threatening violence since he is more interested in Bawumia being president to cover up his unknown financial crimes.

Akufo Addo has been pushing Ghanaians to the breaking point for a very long time, but the people’s love for God or Allah keeps them relatively quiet. Nevertheless, the president frequently forgets that every man has a heart that can burst into violence when pushed to the breaking point. He should learn from what is currently happening in Kenya, to stop underestimating the people. If the people didn’t react to two previous election manipulations, he shouldn’t think they are fools to repeat it.

The New Patriotic Party politicians, including Akufo Addo, Bawumia, Jean Mensa, Ken Ofori-Atta, and others, will realize in 2024 that they do not have to undervalue Ghanaians to rig the election. They should just get ready because what occurred in Kenya is only the tip of the iceberg. Their mansions, houses, companies, residences, businesses, hotels, luxurious restaurants, and vehicles are not in heaven; rather, they are on earth.

They will witness everything going up in flames and the people will ensure that Bawumia and Matthew Opoku Prempeh's feet do not step into the offices of the former Flagstaff House. I am not calling for violence, it is Akufo Addo and Bawumia who want violence and I am telling them what would the outcome be, based on my political analysis.
