Former Deputy Minister of Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu has jabbed Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia over his silence on the persistent, irregular, and unpredictable electric power outages being experienced in the country commonly called dumsor.
In a post on social media, Felix Kwakye Ofosu described the Vice President as talkative in opposition when the country experienced dumsor.
He said with a similar situation facing his government, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is silent and has become flat-footed.
“Talkative in opposition, totally flat-footed in government,” Felix Kwakye Ofosu said in a post on X.
He was recounting when Dr. Bawumia in 2015 said, “NDC's response to DUMSOR shows either they don't quite understand the problem or they are deliberately misleading Ghanaians,” at a time the country was experiencing power outages.
According to Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the dumsor being experienced is solely the doing of President Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia.
He has accused the two leaders of government of completely mismanaging the economy and leaving the country broke.
