Multidisciplinary creative, Kobi Rana, has boldly declared that he has never been in a relationship with a woman, expressing his nonchalant attitude towards societal expectations and perceptions
During an interview on Accra 100.5 FM's Ayekoo Ayekoo show on February 1, 2024, he was questioned about his choice of a pink T-shirt, a colour often conventionally associated with girls and women, Kobi Rana confidently asserted his right to wear any colour he desires.
"And I can wear any colour I want. Pink, Monday to Friday. It is nobody's business. I am not bothered about what anyone says," he emphasised.
He was further asked about his personal life, whether he has a girlfriend.
In a reaction, Kobi Rana denied having a girlfriend.
"No, please," he firmly replied.
The host pressed on, questioning whether Kobi Rana had ever dated a woman, to which he responded, "No, please."
Observing that no woman has been publicly identified as the actor's girlfriend, Romeo probed further into Kobi Rana's private life.
In a light-hearted manner, Kobi Rana dismissed the notion of owing anyone an introduction of his girlfriend, stressing that he does not feel compelled to disclose the details of his intimate relationships.
"I don't owe it to anyone to introduce my girlfriend," he asserted, emphasising his belief that romantic affairs should remain private.
