Mikki Osei Berko named Brand Ambassador of the Year

Like Thomas Jefferson once said, nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal Mikki Osei Berko, affectionately tagged by many, as "Minister for fun and entertainment," has shown that resilience over the years as he adds another prestigious award to his trophies this year.

The sensational actor, comedian and Businessman was crowned “The Brand Ambassador of the Year” at the just ended National Communications Award.

This year’s National Communications Awards programme was the third edition under the theme “Transforming Ghana’s Economy through Digitization”.

The Chief Executive Officer of Media Gold Multimedia, Mikki Osei Berko was filled with joy as he attributed his success to the favor of God that carries him through.

The brand ambassador extraordinaire dedicated the award to the various brands who made it possible for him to win this distinguished trophy.

He expressed his gratitude to MTN whom he has worked with for the past years, Kab-Fam Ghana Ltd who has signed him up for 10 years and won the Outstanding Electronic Brand of the year on the same night.

Mikki Osei Berkoe equally thanked brands like Agatex Paints,Allianz for Life,Piccadilly Biscuits,Wofa Chef Seasoning Powder for believing in his abilities and working with him as brand ambassador.

Speaking to the audience, the brand ambassador of the year who also doubles as a UEFA B license coach acquired under the English FA thanked his fans for making him attractive enough for these brands.

Mikki Osei Berko who also owns an online radio station, Kente Radio has been in the showbiz industry for over three decades performing varied roles.

National Communications Awards organized by RAD Communications limited was held last Saturday at the Labadi Beach Hotel with stars and top media persons gracing the occasion.

According to the organizers the events main purpose is to bring together players from the media and communications industry and recognize their achievements.
