A 17-year-old Kaya Forson of Ghana placed 2nd position at the FINA World Junior Swimming Championships.
This feat was achieved in a 200m IM heat with a time of 2:34.1.
The 7th FINA World Junior Swimming Championship was held in Budapest, Hungary at the Danube Arena from 20 to 25 August 2019.
The championships are for girls aged 14–17 and boys age 15–18.
Kaya Adwoa Forson who was born on March 19th 2002 is a Ghanaian swimmer.
She competed in the 200-metre freestyle and 200-metre backstroke at the 2015 World Championships in Kazan, Russia.
Aged just 13, she was the youngest competitor at the World Championships. Forson lives in Málaga, Spain.
