The second round of the Division One League will commence March 23, 2013, the league organizers have announced.
According to a GFA statement, the second round transfer window will run for four weeks.

(i) Registration - Monday, 18th February to Thursday, 14th March, 2013 (4 weeks)
(ii) Publication - Friday, 15th to Tuesday, 19th March,2 013
(iii) Verification - Wednesday, 20 to Friday, 22nd March, 2013
(iv) Kick-off - Saturday, 23rd to Sunday, 24th March, 2013
