Ghana's Black Queens have been drawn against Ecuador, Uzbekistan and Papua New Guinea in the first phase of the qualification play-offs for the 2027 Fifa Women's World Cup.
The draw places Ghana in a four-team group, with the sides set to play each other once in a round-robin format.
The top two teams will advance to the final phase, where they will face representatives from CONCACAF, UEFA, Venezuela and two other qualifiers for a place at the World Cup.
The final phase will be played on a single-elimination basis, with the three winners securing qualification for the 2027 tournament.
Ghana will begin their campaign against South American side Ecuador before facing Uzbekistan in their second match.
The Black Queens will then conclude the first phase against Papua New Guinea.

Ghana must now navigate the intercontinental play-offs to keep their hopes of returning to the global stage alive.
