
Ghana Premier League side FC Samartex 1996 have confirmed the signing of midfielder Meshack Adjetey Sowah from fellow top-flight club Vision FC.
The midfielder has agreed a four-year contract with the Timber Giants as they strengthen their squad ahead of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
Samartex announced the deal in a statement, welcoming Sowah to the club and describing the move as the beginning of a "new chapter" for the player.
"Welcome to FC Samartex 1996, Meshack Adjetey Sowah! We are delighted to announce the signing of Meshack Adjetey Sowah from Vision FC on a four-year deal," the club said.
"The talented midfielder joins the Timber Giants with a new chapter ahead."
Sowah becomes the latest addition to a Samartex squad preparing for another campaign in the Ghanaian top flight.
The club will first feature in the 2026 Nsenkyire Cup as part of their preparations for the new season.
Samartex will then begin their 2026/27 Ghana Premier League campaign against Karela United at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
