Ghana Black Queens head coach Kim Lars Björkegren has unveiled a 24-player squad ahead of the friendly clash with England’s Lionesses.
The encounter is set for December 2 at St. Mary’s Park, providing the Black Queens with a high-profile test against one of the world’s top-ranked teams.
The roster combines seasoned campaigners with emerging talent. Defender Anasthesia Achiaa returns to bolster the backline, while Servette Genève’s Benedictè Simon has earned her first call-up to the national team.
The friendly offers an important opportunity for the squad to sharpen their preparation ahead of the WAFCON tournament, which doubles as a qualifier for the Women’s World Cup.
