The Apostolic Reformed Church of Ghana (ARC) has donated items worth GH¢1,500 to the Osu
Children home last Saturday in Accra.
Items include three mini bags of beans, one gallon of palm oil, four boxes of sanitary pads, one box of powder and two boxes of vaseline and a water storage poly tank.
This was in line with activities marking their annual 9th founder day's anniversary.
Presenting the materials, head pastor of the church, Apostle Lepold Kwartei read James 1:27 saying: such deeds 'reflects the pure religion and undefiled before God and the father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their afflictions, and to keep himself unspotted from the word'.
Apostle Kwartei disclosed that those who give to the poor will lack nothing, but those who line their eyes to receive many curses.
He further urged the members likewise the public render some assistance of any sort for these young ones as there are a lot of rewards awaiting them from God.
Receiving the items on behalf of Osu Children home, Mrs. Gladys Nartey thanked the church for their concern and requested God to refill them in thousand folds.
In closing remarks, Apostle Kwartei asked the church and the public support workers with prayers always
