Tsatsu Tsikata Is A Disgrace, Outmoded And A Militant Lawyer

The outmoded, disgraceful and militant Counsel for the governing National Democratic Congress, NDC, Tsatsu Tsikata has disclosed a clear frustration after he used what every reasonable person would described as RUDE (a disrespectful lawless lawyer) words against fellow Counsel Philip Addison in open Court.

The primitive and bush statement made by the so-called lawyer, Tsatsu Tsikata 'shut up' in Court on Monday was shocking and a clear omen that Mr. Tsikata, Counsel for the third Respondents in the ongoing Presidential Election Petition at the Supreme Court, is a theoretical lawyer who really lacks practise in law. How on earth can any civilised lawyer lose his cool to that extent and unfurl such manner of 'unsavoury' language in a Supreme Cout at the petitioners' Lead Counsel.

Tsatsu Tsikata as a lawyer/counsel is very much unfair, uncontrolled, intimidating and insulting, this shows his failure in the practise of law and how outmoded he is as a lawyer.

What would have happened in the Supreme Court if Philip Addison was infuriated and replied Tsatsu in the same tone? But he (Addison) was very wise enough as a democratically cultured lawyer to restrain himself.

Tsatsu Tsikata wants to "pull the lion by the tail and go with it", but unfortunately it doesn't work like that. Court is all about facts and evidence but nothing else. Intimidation and bulling can't win a court case as Tsikata is probably thinking and did in the olden days. Gone are the days!!! "the raining season is gone."
