DO WE NEED TWO (2) DEPUTY MINISTERS IN SOME MINISTRIES? WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO DO THERE? THIS IS WASTE OF THE NATIONS LITTLE RESOURCES AND WE AREM EXPECTING BILL GATES TO COME AND GIVE US MONEY SO THAT THE NDC GOVERNMENT WILL USE THIS MONEY ON THEIR SO MANY MINISTERS AND DEPUTY MINISTERS. THIS IS NONSENSE.
