HOW TO SAN KO FA OUR AFRIKACUISINE or WHY CONT/DIASPORA AFRIKANS COOKING AND EATING AFRIKANS IS FREEDOM FROM THE SICKNESS OF EATING FOREIGN, By (c) 2012 by Prof. Afrikadzata Deku, Docteur d'Etat; Doctorat d'Etat (PhD); [email protected];

The urgent recovery of the right to cook and eat Continental Afrikan by all Continental/Diaspora Afrikans is a Must for all to Claim and benefit from as we successfully did in the past for three million years and which has kept alive, healthy, prosperous, happy and turned us into the world's first Human Beings and the Cradle of Humanity .

Because there is no more any justification for any Afrikan , be it on the Continent or its Diaspora to continue to prefer eating Foreign instead of Eating Afrikan.

Just the White Man will not eat Afrikan Food but his own Western Food, just as the Arab can only eat Arab Food and Arab way and not Foreign ways and just as the Jew can only eat Jewish Cuisine and not Foreign foods, in the same way , the time is coming for all today's One Billion Continental/Diaspora Afrikans all over the world to rediscover, claim back, have, enjoy and nourish themselves with authentic Continental AfrikaCusine of Naturally grown and cooked Foods for their Benefit .

Anything else is suicide and not progress or freedom of choice or progress or change or modernization

IF OUR FOREST BROTHERS AND SISTERS WE CALL ANIMALS IN THE HAVE THE COMMON SENSE AND THE INTELLIGENCE TO KNOW THAT EATING FOODS THAT ARE MEANT FOR THEIR SYSTEMS IS GOOD HEALTH TO THEM AND EATING FOREIGN OR ALIEN FOODS THAT ARE NOT MEANT FOR THEIR SYSTEMS IS NOTHING BUT DEATH TO THEIR SYSTEMS , why should one billion Continental/Diaspora Afrikans continue to pretend not to know the difference between eating Afrikan and Eating Foreign or to continue to pretend that it does not matter whether we eat Afrikan or Foreign or whether Afrikan Foods are better designed for our AfrikaSystem or not ?

But whether we like it or not, turning ourselves into the dependencies or slaves or addicts of foreign Cuisines, Foods and Drinks at the expense of our Authentic Continental AfrikaCuisine shall soon be a thing of the past once we are able to raise all the awareness we need to know once and for all of all the SICKNESSES WE HAVE BEEN KILLING US AS A PEOPLE FOR NOT EATING AFRIKAN BUT FOREIGN
