A former Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party in the Ashanti Region, Dennis Kwakwa, is seeking to become the next Ashanti Regional Organizer of the NPP.
Speaking in an interview with OTEC News on Wednesday, Mr. Kwakwa, also a former Youth Organizer, said he is the right candidate to strengthen party structures at the grassroots.
“I am the master strategist when it comes to party organizational work, and I will be a full-time organizer.
"My experience as a former Youth Organizer and Communications Director gives me the edge to mobilize, coordinate, and deliver for the party,” he stated.
Mr. Kwakwa added that his vision is to build a more disciplined and active party base ahead of future elections.
He promised to work closely with constituency and polling station executives to re-energize the NPP in the region.
The Ashanti Region remains the NPP’s biggest stronghold, and the race for regional executive positions is expected to be keenly contested in the coming months.
