Election 2024: Let it be possible Lord — Adom Kyei-Duah prays for Bawumia to win

The Founder and Leader of the Philadelphia Church of Ghana, Stephen Adom Kyei-Duah, has offered fervent prayers for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, seeking divine intervention for him to become Ghana's next President.

Dr. Bawumia, who is the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) flagbearer for the 2024 elections, visited the Philadelphia Church in Kumasi as part of his campaign tour of the Ashanti Region.

Accompanied by his running mate Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh and other key NPP officials, Dr. Bawumia was warmly received by the church’s congregation.

Pastor Adom Kyei-Duah praised Dr. Bawumia's character and generosity, recounting a personal act of kindness from the Vice President during the funeral of his father.

“He supported me with a load of items during my father’s funeral, and this shows his generous and affable nature,” the pastor shared with the congregation.

Following his remarks, Pastor Adom Kyei-Duah offered a heartfelt prayer for Dr. Bawumia’s success in the upcoming elections, calling on divine intervention.

“Lord, it is you who install kings, and we plead for your favor on your servant… let it be possible,” he prayed.

The Vice President’s visit to the church comes as he intensifies his door-to-door campaign in the Ashanti Region, a stronghold of the NPP, ahead of the general elections.
