Speaker Bagbin name Shall be Engraved on the Halls Parliament As the Crusader against Nation Wreckers

Where are the Nyansa foor ( Wisemen,) Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Martey called on, to rescue the citizens from the maladministration of the previous government., It appears they are deaf, dumb and blind, they can't see nor hear the anguish and the struggles of the people under Nana Akufo Addo's government.

It sad President Kuffour never commented on the poisoned water we are forced to drink by the destruction of our bodies by the wicked galamseyers, but chose to comment on Oliver Barker Vormawor's conduct during the recent demonstration against the grievous destruction of Eco biodiversity zone.

We expected President Kuffour to chastised those four rogue Members of Parliament who lost an internal election and broke camp with their party, and by their selfish actions we have serious political tussle in parliament which is seriously threatening the peace of our democracy. Instead of President Kuffour acknowledge the Speaker's decision as a perfect step of building a strong independent parliament. Unfortunately and sad President Agyekum Kuffour's comment appears the Speaker is rather the cause of the political tussle currently happening in parliament.

The framers of the constitution envisaged some members of parliament may decide to abandon their party by defecting to another party or as an independent candidate and their constituents and will be disadvantage hence article 97(1)(g &h) placed that burden on any member of parliament who may decide to join another party or as an independent candidate vacate their seat as a consequences for being disloyal to their constituents and their party.

The four Members of Parliament knew the consequences of their actions, and that explains why they refused to challenge the Speaker,'s verdict. It is the hypocrisy and wrong judgement oby Afenyo Markin that had fueled this political drama. No one in his right frame of mind would defend Andrew Asiamah Amoako the Second deputy Speaker who had crossed carpet to the New Patriotic Party as their parliamentary candidate for Fomena while he is still the independent member of parliament for the same constituency.

The New Patriotic Party are very ungrateful to the Speaker Bagbin who bent backwards to ensure government businesses were executed while some government members of parliament abandoned their functions in parliament and went enjoying themselves in Dubai and elsewhere on the globe. The Speaker saved Sarah Adjoa Safo whom the NPP wanted her seat vacated, because she was not available to support government business in parliament. Sarah Adjoa Safo claimed her decision to sojourn to the USA was communicated to the President. Even that, they wanted her out because they knew she would be replaced in a by- election.

It is highly unconscionable for the New Patriotic Party to defend someone who calls their bluff and declared as an independent candidate. Is it because their decision has affected their numbers in parliament. The conduct of the New Patriitic Party attacking the personality of Speaker Bagbin, has evidently depict a group of people that love their party more than the State Ghana.

Speaker Bagbin confidence and courage have rekindled the hope and aspirations of Ghanaians who mistakenly gave power to people who lacks etiquette and who are determined to wreck havoc on our beloved country.

Ghana is a very strange country, persons crusading to liberate the legislative arm of government from the subjugation of the Executive arm are being attacked by the very legislators who are under subjugation. Speaker Bagbin name would be engraved on the walls of parliament as someone who sacrificed his life and privileges with the determination to build a strong independent parliament.

Speaker Bagbin the third most important person in Ghana careless about the withdrawal of his military detail, for being assertive and refused to be used as an instrument to undermine the authority of parliament. Is it not strange someone like the Electoral Commissioner who does not deserve a military guard, rather has a platoon of military men around her. WHY.?

President Nana Akufo Addo and his New Patriotic Party government have shown they hate independent minded citizens. They have hounded almost everybody who wanted to be a Citizen. The wicked onslaught by this government started on the Headmasters of the Free Senior High Schools who gave audience to the media during the early days of the implementation of Free Senior High Schools policy.

Every Ghanaian applauded government for introducing the Free Senior High Schools, and are not happy with its implementation challenges, which appears it was deliberate to destroy the educational systems in Ghana, where by the standards of the educational systems would make our future leaders very timid, gullible and docile human beings. If the challenges that is confronting the implementation of the free Senior High School was not deliberate, why gag the headmasters and headmistresses who are the executors of the policy from granting interviews with the media.?

Some headmasters were punished for granting interviews to the media, due to the intimidation of the managers of the schools they' have curled the tail into their thighs. Based on that, Managers of the schools have lost full control over school children and the consequences is the unbridled lawlessness in the Schools.

In a perfect society the executors of the Free SHS policy are the automatic mouth piece to highlight the successes of the Free SHS policy, unfortunately the media practitioners are contracted to gaslighting the citizens. What could be the motive of government to gag the managers of the free SHS if not due to their clandestine motives.?

Mr Daniel Domelevo should have been awarded with the highest the Order of the Volta Medal for fighting corruption, but was rather hounded out of office with the speed of light. A lot more citizens are afraid to challenge the loss of direction of this government. A government that refuses to listen to wise counsel from its citizens does not merit our trust.
