On Wednesday, March 6, 2024, the NPP Bono East Regional Chairman, Ibrahim Baba Bukari, widely known as Game Changer, participated in the celebration of Ghana's 67th Independence Anniversary parade alongside the chiefs and people of Techiman North.

The event, which took place at Buoyam in the Techiman North District Assembly, was organized by the Assembly in collaboration with the District Education Directorate under the theme "Our Democracy, Our Pride."

Chairman Ibrahim Baba Bukari joined a distinguished group of traditional leaders, government officials, workers, students, residents, and the media to make the day colorful and memorable.

During the celebration, Chairman Ibrahim Baba Bukari took the opportunity to promote the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Techiman North Constituency, Hon. Martin Oti Gyarko, also known as The Local Boy, and appealed for the support of traditional leaders and constituents for his candidacy.

He assured the people of Techiman North of the party's commitment to completing all projects and bringing about positive change in the district. Emphasizing the importance of education, he pledged to collaborate with the Municipal Chief Executive of Techiman North and the Regional Minister to enhance educational infrastructure and ensure quality education for all.

Addressing the youth, Chairman Ibrahim Baba Bukari urged them to live lives that promote peace in Techiman North, especially as the elections approached. He encouraged everyone to exhibit responsible behavior to maintain the peace enjoyed in the district.

During the parade, Chairman IB personally donated cash items and gifts to the most outstanding schools and cadet contingents present.

In conclusion, he expressed gratitude to God for everyone's safety at the parade and prayed for the NPP's victory in the upcoming December 2024 elections.
