Lord, lead me on thy path

I. SON OF MAN, grace be unto you. Sometimes we stand at a place and say, "God, I don’t know which way to go.” At that moment, the safest and wisest prayer is ".” When you don’t know the way, let the Way-Maker lead you. The psalmist acknowledged that there comes a time when you need the Lord to lead you. In Psalm 25:4-5 the psalmist called out, "Show me your ways, Lord; teach me your paths. "Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are my Savior, and I hope in you all day." Today, you need the Lord to show you the way. If you don’t know the way, associate with those who know the road, and who else knows the way more than the waymaker? God is not a God of confusion. He is a God of direction. When you surrender your steps to Him, He will never mislead you. Seek the divine path today. In Proverbs 14:12 we are encouraged to appreciate that There is a way that appears to be right to human beings, but in the end, it leads to death. Our eyes are limited; God sees the end from the beginning.

II. DAUGHTER OF ZION, when you have prayed and waited for years, you need God to show you the next step. Sisters, most often other circumstances blocked our view, and we got confused about the steps to take. Sometimes the world offers something interesting to you, which is difficult to reject. At that point we need to consult God. In Psalm 32:8 God assures us, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.” God’s path protects you from ditches, delays, and dead ends. Even while we are on that path, we still need God’s protection, direction, instructions, and teachings to get to the destination. Sometimes we ignore God once He sets us on the path. Once you get the job, there is no need for God again. Once you get married, please, God, sit far away from me. Once you are rich, no more God. At that juncture we begin to slip down the road without even noticing it. The struggles you are encountering are as a result of diverting from the path God set for you. The moment you failed to read the manuals of life The Bible: We will miss the path and end up in a strange land.

III. SISTERS IN THE LORD: John 10:4-5 reveals to us that even the sheep follow their shepherd because they know his voice and can even smell him. The sheep become so acquainted with the shepherd that they will never follow a stranger. Do you know the voice of the Good Shepherd? WILL YOU TRADE YOUR RELATIONS WITH THE GOOD SHEPHERD FOR ANYTHING? Have you already traded your relationship with the Good Shepherd for something else? Trace your way back home; the Good Shepherd is still waiting to receive and direct your path again. Beloved, God directs your path because he knows his plans for your life. No one knows God’s strategic plan for your life, which is to prosper you—Jeremiah 29:11. declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you; plans to provide you hope and a future.” God, the waymaker, has that strategic plan as the project coordinator and will execute the project, allowing him to move you from one milestone to the other. You are God’s strategic project, moving from milestone to milestone—project conception or development, mobilization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and completion and handing over—and then He starts another project with you again.

IV. BROTHERS IN THE LORD, in Proverbs 15:22, “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.” There are various actors in the project execution; don’t ignore any. If you fail to consult the right people who have understanding of the project, you will fail. You are a partaker of God’s Strategic Project for your life, and He has put in place strategic advisors to help you on the way. These project advisors include mature brethren, pastors, mentors, parents, godly friends, teachers, colleagues at the workplace, spouses, your boss, and people you may randomly meet at the project site. Remember ABRAHAM – Genesis 12:1 “The Lord had said to Abram, ‘Go from your country... to the land I will show you.’ He didn’t know the address, but he knew the Voice. MOSES – Exodus 13:21 “By day the Lord went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them.” DAVID – Psalm 23:3 “He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.” PAUL – Acts 16:6-7 The Spirit kept him from going to Asia and Bithynia, then led him to Macedonia. This is a DIVINE NEW DAY PROPHETIC WORD of encouragement sent forth through the authority and power of Christ Jesus and delivered to the brethren through God's vessel, Francis Ameyibor. Yes! If God led them, HE WILL LEAD YOU. Revelation 3:7 “What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.” Sometimes God leads by shutting one door so you can walk through another.

V. 2026 IS OUR YEAR AND SEASON TO BE LIFTED UP—Proverbs 3:5-6. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

PRAYER: Father, today we pray: . Lead me in my decisions, in my marriage and family, at the office, in my finances, and to the people you want me to help, and lead me into my destiny and purpose. LORD! Order my steps in Your Word. Let your spirit go before me, and let your peace rule my heart. LORD! We refuse to walk ahead of You. We choose to follow You. In Jesus Christ’s mighty name, Amen.
