Television personality and socialite Efia Odo has disagreed with claims that the ongoing social media pressure on Ghanaian political heads to fix the nation is not a political move.
"If you have a problem that the people are campaigning for a better country, then there is something wrong with you. If you are getting paid to dispute what we are doing then you mentally not okay", she stated in a viral video.
In the video in which she captioned; I’m covered now is the water clean? Have jobs been created? Our leaders need to fix their mindsets so the country can be fixed, so the people can be fixed! #fixthecountry, she called on President Akufo Addo to fix the nation with regards to utility tariffs, power cuts, lack of jobs amongst a few factors she believed was a bother to the Ghanaian citizenry.
Efia Odo will be amongst a host of Ghanaian celebrities who have thrown their weights behind the ongoing social media exercise which is according to them is ‘change oriented’.
