The leader of Osibisa, Teddy Osei, and the Dream Child Foundation last week, donated an amount of GH¢1000 and some food items to the Apam-based Zion Trumpeters.
The donation formed part of Teddy Osei and the Dream Child Foundation's contribution to the development of Zion Trumpeters.
Teddy Osei visited the children after their historic live musical performance in Accra during Osibisa's re-launch of its album, 'Happy Little Children' , at the Alliance Francaise on July 21.
He was accompanied by Kofi Amoakohene, a co-founder of the Dream Child Foundation. The foundation sought to use the culture of music to empower and support the African child, particularly, the underprivileged in overcoming challenges, to enable them play pivotal roles in the socio-economic development of African.
