King Faisal Football Club (FC) has announced that they have sealed the transfer of defender Mutawakilu Fuseini to augment their squad.
The Kumasi-based club is one of the 18 clubs participating in the Ghana Premier League this season. After playing 14 matches, the side boasts of the worst record in the division with 6 draws and 8 defeats.
Now occupying the bottom of the league table, the club has decided to take advantage of the suspension of the Ghana Premier League season due to the Coronavirus pandemic to recruit some new players.
Following successful negotiations, King Faisal has signed former defender Mutawakilu Fuseini. The center-back returns to the club with a lot of experience after having stints with Young Wise and Liberty Professionals.
He is expected to strengthen the defensive department of the club to ensure they improve and record wins when the season resumes.
