Ghana Premier League side Bechem United have completed the signing of former Ghana U20 attacker Hans Kwofie on a short-term contract, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively confirm.
The Brong Ahafo-based side have captured the 26-year-old after beating off competition from rivals Berekum Chelsea and Techiman City to his signature.
Local football agency UltimateGoal led by Francis Gorman Hackman brokered the deal for the player who is keen on re-establishing himself on the Ghanaian scene.
Kwofie scored three (3) goals in six (6) official appearances for Oman Professional League club Al-Oruba Sporting Club in 2015.
The Tarkwa-born has featured in the Ghana Premier League for clubs including now relegated Kpando Heart of Lions and CAF Confederation Cup campaigners Medeama SC.
United's Portuguese trainer Manuel Coelho Zacarias believes Kwofie would add more firepower to his strikeforce for the second of the Ghana Premier.
United are just above the relegation zone (13th) with 15 points from 14 games.
