On 22nd March, 2014, Chelsea turned Arsene Wenger's 1,000th match in charge of Arsenal into a nightmare occasion as four first-half goals set up a 6-0 win for the Blues.
Jose Mourinho's Barclays Premier League leaders earned their biggest margin of victory over Arsenal, who finished the match with 10 men.
Samuel Eto'o and Andre Schurrle put Chelsea 2-0 up in seven minutes, before Eden Hazard scored a penalty after Kieran Gibbs was sent off for handball, despite Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain handling the ball on the line.
Just before half-time, Oscar made it 4-0 after good work by Schurrle and an early substitute, Fernando Torres.
Oscar hit his second midway through the second half and Mohamed Saleh rounded off the win late on with his first goal for the club.
Despite this success, Chelsea finished third in the table, one place and three points above Arsenal.
