Ghana’s Ezekiel Ansah Making Strides In American Football

26-year-old Ghanaian-born Ezekiel ‘Ziggy’ Ansah is making shocking waves in the National Football League (NFL) for the Detroit Lions in the United States of America.

The former student of the Presbyterian Boys’ Senior Secondary School (Presec) in Ghana was voted the fifth overall in the 2013 NFL Draft due to his great technique and physique though he never played football until college where he even first tried hands on basketball and track before being convinced to go out to play football for the Brigham Young University team.

In his first two seasons in Detroit, Ezekiel evolved quickly. First, he tried to use speed, especially as a pass rusher and later mixed it with some fitness moves and his defensive end prowess.
