The Ghanaian international provided an assist as the side recorded a morale boosting win ahead of the new season.
Aleksandar Mitrovic opened the scoring for Anderlect before Hamdi Harbaoui equalized but an own goal from Dennis Odoi settled the tie.
Another Ghanaian Eugene Ansah came on for Lokeren five minutes from time but could not save his side from defeat.
