Asante Kotoko coach Mas-Ud Dramani has hailed the commitment of striker Isaac Boakye as the former Ghana forward bids to help the Porcupine Warriors in their African campaign.
The 32-year-old has played thrice for Kotoko in their mid-season warm-up friendlies and manager Dramani thinks the former Wolfsburg striker has gelled well with the rest of his squad.
“He has been an exceptionally player. The way relates to the other guys in the team is fantastic,” he said after Kotoko's 1-1 draw with Tema Youth on Wednesday.
Boakye limped off in the 75th minute after picking a knock and was replaced by midfielder Eric Donkor.
Isaac Boakye is one of Kotoko's new signings for the second round of the Ghana Premier League and the CAF Champions League.
