The 2013 Wafu Cup (Zone B) tournament will be launched in Accra on Friday for the eight-team competition.
Wafu Zone B President Kwesi Nyantakyi and General Secretary Aka Malan will take charge of the draw also on the same day.
Hosts Ghana will be joined by title holders Togo for the draw for the one-week tournament.
Other countries who will be participating in the competition are Benin, Burkina Faso and Niger.
Senegal, Sierra Leone and Gabon will take part in the tournament as guests.
The countries will be drawn into two groups with the winners of the group progressing to the final while the second placed team in each group will vie for third position.
The tournament will run from 21-28 November, 2013.
