Ghana midfielder Isaac Vorsah is a £5 million target for English Premier League side Stoke City in the summer transfer window .
The Daily Mail says the 20-year-old powerhouse has been a big hit in Germany this season playing a key role with Hoffenheim's surprise rise up the Bundesliga.
Stoke have watched him several times and believe he will qualify for a work permit after the next round of international matches.
The 6ft 5ins tall Vorsah can also play in defence and was voted Ghana's Defender of the Year at just 18.
Stoke manager Tony Pulis is ready a back-up plan to strenthen his squad if he survives relegation.
The Potters look safe on 13th-place and eight points above the drop but there are four matches remaining.
The former Asante Kotoko player's current contract with Hoffenheim ends next summer.
