Former Watford captain Troy Deeney has tipped Chelsea as a potential next step for Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo.
The Ghana international has been in sensational form this season, netting six goals and providing three assists in just seven Premier League appearances for the Cherries.
His impressive performances have reignited speculation about a move to a top-tier club.
Speaking on talkSPORT on 17 October, Deeney suggested: “I like him at Chelsea. I’d play him off the right and put Estevao on the left because that’s an area you’re not really sure about.”
He added that 18-year-old Estevao is a “wonderkid” and that pairing him with Semenyo could give Chelsea a potent and dynamic width in attack.
Semenyo, 25, recently committed his future to Bournemouth by signing a new five-year contract during the summer transfer window.
