OG Anunoby inspired the New York Knicks to a first win in four matches on his debut against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
London-born Anunoby, 26, who was drafted from the Toronto Raptors on 30 December, scored 17 points and made six rebounds in a 112-106 victory.
Victory moves the Knicks to 18-15 for the season, keeping them seventh in the Eastern Conference.
The Timberwolves still lead the Western Conference on 24-8.
Julius Randle also starred for the Knicks, scoring 39 points and making nine rebounds.
- Bucks unable to make most of Antetokounmpo triple-double
Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded a triple-double for the Milwaukee Bucks, but it was not enough as they lost 122-113 to the Indiana Pacers.
Antetokounmpo scored 30 points, made 18 rebounds and 11 assists, but Tyrese Haliburton (26 points) and Benedict Mathurin (25 points) inspired the Pacers to a fourth straight victory.
Elsewhere, Jordan Clarkson became the first Utah Jazz player to score a regular-season triple-double since 2008 as they cruised to a 127-90 victory against the Dallas Mavericks.
The LA Clippers also continued their hot streak as a 121-104 victory over the Miami Heat saw them record their 12th victory in 14 matches.
