French side Amiens SC has officially completed the signing of Ghanaian defender Nicholas Opoku on a season-long loan deal from Ligue 1 outfit Udinese.
The Black Stars asset spent the second half of the 2019/2020 football season on loan with the club and is returning for another spell in the 2020/2021 French Ligue 2 season.
“Amiens SC are pleased to announce the return to the club of Nicholas Opoku.
“Already loaned to Amiens SC last season, Nicholas Opoku returns to Picardy for this new 2020-2021 season.
“Welcome home Nicholas!”, an official club statement from the club has announced today.
Nicholas Opoku, 22, will is set to wear the Number 22 jersey at Amiens SC and will be playing a key role for the club in their quest to gain promotion to the French Ligue 1.
