Nollywood actress and producer Bimbo Ademoye is celebrating a massive milestone after her YouTube movie, 'My 30th Wedding', hit 28 million organic views exactly one month after its release.
Sharing a commemorative poster on her Instagram page on Sunday, the filmmaker expressed profound awe at God's goodness and the overwhelming love from her fans.
Ademoye stated that God placed a special love in the hearts of her audience for the project, making it a huge success. According to her, she was once asked why she spends so much on her YouTube movies. She explained that because her "cyber family" showers her with immense love, it would be a sin not to give them premium quality.
The actress noted that despite her increasing budgets, she does not fear because her fans give her the ultimate backing.
She wrote:
"Today makes it exactly one month we dropped our movie MY 30TH wedding. One month later, I'm still in awe of God's goodness. 28 million organic views in one month, because God placed my love in your hearts and you gladly accommodated it. Where do I even start. What level of thank you would be enough. Someone said 'Bimbo you spend too much on your youtube movies ' I said ' do you know how much love my cyber family shower me with, it would be a sin not to give them premium' , every film keeps coming with an increased budget ,but I no dey fear because God gave me correct backing in you guys... Backings wey dey worry Backings, the best cyber family ever, the best village anyone could ask for. Thank you Lord Jesus."
The Nigerian Voice recalls that Bimbo Ademoye released 'My 30th Wedding' on Thursday, October 1st, and the movie has continued to set unprecedented records on YouTube, including amassing over 3 million views within 16 hours of its release.
