Popular media personality and actress Toke Makinwa has been left emotional as she counts down to her daughter's first birthday.

The proud mother shared a throwback video from her pregnancy days, reflecting on how close she is to celebrating 365 days with her little one.

In a heartfelt post, Makinwa revealed that she has been going through pictures and videos of her daughter, overwhelmed by the journey so far.

She also shared that she has flown her baby out to celebrate the milestone and has been busy with planning.

She wrote:
"Phewwww almost 365 days around the sun with my baby girl, going through our pictures and videos, and all I can say is what a God.

Happy new month, everyone. I flew my baby out to celebrate her birthday, and I've been so busy with planning and settling in. Wanted to share this here.

The Nigerian Voice recalls that Toke Makinwa took to her Instagram page in the early hours of Thursday, August 28, 2025, to announce that she is now a mother, stating that she is happy.

She further appreciated her maker, thanking Him for providing her miracle for her, whom she revealed as Yakira Eliana, Olakitan, lyanuoluwa, Ikeoluwa, Adunola.
