I am ashamed of being a Ghanaian. You need ask me the reason. It is as simple as drinking a bowl of porridge. Our former President, Professor John Evans Fiifi Atta Mills died in office exactly a year ago.
Till date, we are yet to be t9old what actually killed him. The circumstances surrounding his death are as bizarre as the answers we are yet to get. About one month after the death of our President, the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Meles Zenawi also died under mysterious circumstances. He died officially on August 20, 2012. When are we going to get answers to these strange deaths?
We are told that the President died in the afternoon of 24th July, 2012 at exactly 2.15pm. But Kwabena Agyei, Chairman of the Nefarious Destructive Cancer disputes that fact. He said the former President died at dawn of the day given officially as time of death. And this is the very reason why I (will) refuse to join the band of sentimentalism to stand up at 2.15pm as a sign of respect to our late President. This is because, those who are asking Ghanaians to stand up at that time know deep down in their hearts that the former President did not die at that time. Why are they toying with our destiny? They should not forget that they will all come to judgment one day for this grand deception.
I do not understand the 'sit don look' attitude of the international community. Why have they sat sheepishly while an innocent man was dispatched unnaturally to his grave and those criminals are using every means including even the unthinkable to co-erce us into accepting 'fact' which we all know to be false.
President John Dramani Mahama, hereby referred to as First Accused will have a lot of explanation to do both in the country and at the International tribunal trying 'criminals' for crimes against humanity. He staged his first coup d'état against his former boss, late President Mills in the United States when he launched his book 'My First Coup D'état'. He returned to the country and put his ideas into motion. In the end, the President died. I have given copious examples of the role our current President play in dispatching his former boss to his untimely grave. President John Dramani has given two contradictory statements on the death of the former President. The first had to do with his first official statement on the death. The second had to do with the interview he granted Shaka Ssali of the VOA Straight Talk Africa.
The tapes are there for everybody to listen to in order to arrive at an informed conclusion. There are also pertinent questions the President must answer honestly. Is it true that the Security Details of the then Vice President, John Dramani Mahama were revised on Monday, 23rd July, 2013 (a day before the official date given as the death of the President) On that date, two armored cars arrived from Burma Camp to guard the residence of the then Vice President.
Is it a normal thing for armored vehicles to be on guard duty at the residence of the Vice President while there is a sitting President? Again, will the President look Ghanaian straight in the eye and tell us whether or not he visited his then Former boss three or four days before the demise of the latter?
Thirdly, is it true that late President Mills set up a Three Member Committee to investigate his Vice (John Mahama) for his role in the purchase of aircrafts for the Ghana Air Force?
Kwesi Pratt Jnr., self-appointed spokesperson of the Nefarious Destructive Cancer is the Second Accused in the murder of former President, Professor John Evans Atta Mills. It amazes me to hear this secret CIA Agent commenting on the death of the former President, taking into cognizance the hullabaloo he created when the President Candidate of the NPP sent a Get-Well Message to the late President on his last trip to the US for medical treatment. This notorious and self centered CIA Agent sought to create the impression that the late President was sound in health and that the NPP Presidential Candidate was crying wolf when there was none. But the former President was suffering from a debilitating disease which eventually consumed him,
Kwesi Pratt has to tell the Internal Tribunal if he knew the former President was terminally ill. Did he maliciously attempt to throw dust into people's eyes by denying the existence of any such disease? By his reckless utterances, he exhibited his uncouth, callous, unpatriotic, selfish and egoistic traits. Whys should he not appear before the Internal Tribunal established to deal with such criminally-minded people?
Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa is the Third Accuse. He it was who as Deputy Minister of Information indicated that the death of the Former Ashanti Regional Minister and MP for Kwabre West, Emmanuel Asamoah Owusu Ansah was the result that the NPP started the rumor that President Mills was dead.
He said that the NPP MP died because his party had alleged that President Mills was dead. 'Any time they say Professor Mills is dead, on of them dies. Very unfortunately, we wake up this morning only to hear that the former Ashanti Regional Minister and MP for Kwabre West had died'.
He said that it was not the first time the opposition was suffering such a fate. 'In 2007, they said Atta Mills was dying. Ala-Adjetey died, Courage Quarshiga died, Hawa Yakubu died. Theresa Tagoe died. Baah Wiredu died' Oh what callousness!
Here was Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Squealer and Government Deputy Inage Maker attempting desperately to paint black white. Here was Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, knowing deep down in his heart that the President was terminally ill attempting to callously, 'capriciously' and 'whimsically' tell Ghanaians that the then President was sound in health. What ulterior motive made him act that way, I cannot fathom it, but it smacks of wickedness. What did he hope to achieve by that deception? In the end, the former President died!
Next to appear before His Lordships is the Fourth Accused and National Security Advisor, Brigadier Joseph Nunoo Mensah. The retired General said in a voice detached of any emotion that the late President had attempted to resign on many occasions. But anytime the Late President brought up the issue he, Nunoo Mensah would ask him to go and read the Book of Job. What evil spirit entered his mind and body to make his advice sound like that of Ahithopel before the late President Mills, I cannot tell. But I ask whether he did that for personal gain? Was he afraid of losing his plush portfolio should the former President resign and a new Pharaoh who does not know Joseph take control? Whatever reason he had for deceiving the late President into carrying out hari-kari, I strongly feel he must have a date with the international tribunal established for trying such conspirators and 'criminals'
Cadmus Mills, late President Mills's brother should be prosecuted as the Fifth Accused. Here was the blood brother of a serving President whose brother suddenly fell into a coma and had to be rushed to the hospital. He did not see the need to accompany his sick brother to the hospital. He was therefore not present when his brother, the President died. But this insincere brother, the Cadmus Mill was able to tell us that before his brother died, he lifted up his hands and them uttered 'Lord, I give all to you' What blasphemy, What insult to our intelligence! What do you make of the brotherhood that existed between the two? Well, I leave that to you. But not-withstanding, he must have a date with the International Tribunal.
The sixth Accused persons are the National Security Co-coordinator and the top officials of the Nefarious Destructive Cancer. These people knew the President was not well
Yet they conspire to make him go through excruciating exercises before he emplaned to the United States for his medical treatment and after his return. Kwesi Pratt, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Alhaji Bature, Allotey Jacobs, Felix Ofosu Kwakye, Koku Anyidoho and a lot of Presidential Staffers said the President was sound in health and even went to the ridiculous extent of hurling insults at any one who wished the President well in his ailment. Was that patriotic? Not at all! It could at best be described as selfish, insensitive and criminal.
It is the belief of many Ghanaians that when Option A could not achieve the desired result, Option B was put in motion to ensure the physical elimination of the late President. The exercises he was made to undergo was beyond the physical endurance of the late President
How do you describe the people who carried out the act against the late President and mother Ghana? Criminals, one might say? And what do you do to such criminals? In ancient times, their 'John Thomases' would have been cut off. In Nigeria, they would be tied to the state and burnt to death. In the Boko Harem's enclave, their heads would be decapitated from the rest of their bodies.
But we are a decent minded and Godly people. We detest bloodshed. But what these top notches' of the Nefarious Destructive Cancer have doe is criminal and beyond pardon. They played a dirty and dangerous game and have lost out. In accordance of the norms of decent society they should be made to appear before the Internal Tribunal established to try criminals for crimes they have committed against God and mankind.
I now direct my anger at those leaders responsible for the helpless situation we now find ourselves. What are the following world leaders doing to bring perpetrators of such a heinous crime to justice? What is U.S President Barak Obama saying about the cruel murder of former President John Atta Mills? What about the British Prime Minister, David Cameron? The French President, Francois Hollande and the German Chancellor Angela Merkel have maintained a stony silence on the issue. The same applies to the Italian President, Giorgio Napolitano and the Russian President, Vladimir Putin have not uttered a word on the death of President John Atta Mills.
To President Obama and the British Prime Minister, David Cameron, I ask you what kind of double standards your countries adopt when it comes to issues involving Africa. Why did your countries go to war against Iraq? Why did your countries sanction the execution of Saddam Hussein? Why not apply the same yard stick to the situation in Ghana? Was there any proven evidence that Iraq was in the process of manufacturing nuclear/ chemical weapons? There was none! Yet you shed American and British blood just to get rid of Saddam Hussein, because his countenance liked you not.
Why did your countries sanction the removal of Muammar Ghadafi from power in Libya? Was it to score political point? Ghanaians are accusing our present leader of being responsible for the death of his predecessor and you have not even bothered to ask searching questions. Why? Your failure to bring President John Dramani Mahama who describes himself as 'Danger boy Mahama driving a bicycle without brakes and descending a hill' will sent wrong signals to the rest of the international community that America and others do not act when issues affect Black Africa, probably because Obama's father hails from Kenya. And if I may further ask, why did the international Tribunal on War Crimes indict recently elected President of Kenya? I need answers to these questions. I have through my various write up given enough reasons why our current President, John Mahama should be indicted. How many times should Ghanaians shout before their voices are heard? Doesn't it seem strange that John Mahama's Government has vehemently resisted all moves to conduct investigations into the death of our former President?
What are the International Organizations like the United Nations, ECOWAS, THE African Union and others doing to bring perpetrators of that crime to justice? I have provided the relevant evidence before the international community. They are staring at us right in the face! They are contained in the two tapes. President Lucky Ebele Jonathan, your silence is deafening. Africa and ECOWAS looks up to you to provide the Regional Block with the much needed inspirational and visionary leadership.
And the time to do so is now!! President Mills's death should be investigated.
