Re: Ashantis Should Be Left To Die - Ade Coker

There was a disturbing news item I heard on Nhyira FM in Kumasi on 12th May, 2013 by a reporter who was given some tit bits of information and news from America.

One of the information he gave was that, Ade Coker, the Greater Accra Regional chairman of the NDC was interacting with some Ghanaians in one state in America where he was answering questions from the audience.

Ade Coker's answer to a question about the National Health Insurance Scheme that, why is it collapsing under the NDC government? He answered, 'It's not true that the NHIS is collapsing'.

Then some of the audience further said, our people in Ashanti are always complaining that their NHIS cards are being rejected at the hospitals, This is what Ade Coker was alleged to have responded, 'Leave Ashantis to die, so that they would change their mind next time about the NDC'.

I heard he had to run away because the people nearly beat him up after that. Another worrying answer from Ade Coker when asked about the no biometric verification no vote issue in the election petition at the Supreme Court currently going on, He is reported to have said, 'He would slap anyone who would challenge him about no biometric verification no vote after waking up at 5am to join a queue to vote'.

So Ghanaians should know the minds of some NDC gurus in Ghana.
