Cape Coast, Aug. 9, GNA- The youth wing of the Oguaaman Union have sent a congratulatory message to Mr Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur, Vice President of the Republic on his appointment to the high office of Vice President of the Republic of Ghana.
The Union was grateful to have its member attaining that high position and pledged their support to him.
It also extended condolences to the Vice President as he mourned the death of the Union's life Patron, Professor John Evans Atta Mills.
