The Deputy Communications Director of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has dared the dismissed host of 'Ekosii sen', an afternoon Akan political talk show on Asempa Fm, an Accra-based radio station to play the tapes in his possession.

Bobie Ansah alleged during his interaction with Kweku Sintim Misa (KSM), host of 'Thank God Today Is Friday (TGIF), an entertainment programme on Metro TV last Friday that John Boadu was a mole in the largest opposition party.

According to him, the NPP's deputy director of communications was working against Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo in his quest to become the next president of the Republic and that he (John Boadu) supplied him with secret recordings to that effect.

The beleaguered host of the programme, which gained many listeners in Accra, the country's capital in the afternoon, alleged that the former national youth organizer of the NPP assisted him to constantly denigrate the NPP flagbearer for the 2012 polls.

Explaining further, Bobie Ansah said because Mr. Boadu was not in support of Nana Addo's presidential ambition, he was not on good terms with Mathew Opoku Prempeh, NPP Member of Parliament (MP) for Manhyia in Kumasi.

Reacting to the allegation in an interview with Kessben Fm, a Kumasi based radio station and the statement issued by the party claiming his innocence, Mr. Boadu dared Bobie Ansah to play the tapes in his possession.

He could not fathom why the sacked political talk show host had failed to play the said tapes publicly for the truth or otherwise to be established even though he had repeatedly challenged him.

The one-time National Youth Treasure of the NPP suggested that Bobie Ansah might be suffering from mental disorder and asked the good people of the country to pray for him.

Mr Boadu indicated that the dismissed employee of Multi media was suffering from mental disorders challenges because of the unsubstantiated allegations he was making.

'How can I be working against Nana Addo becoming President of this country while I am occupying a top-most position in the party as the deputy director of communications?' he wondered.

After putting my knowledge, time and resources at the disposal of the party over the years, why should somebody question my loyalty to the party's flagbearer, he quizzed.

He asked Bobie Ansah should look elsewhere in his quest to destroy people.

'I am not surprised that he has stated that he was bitter about his dismissal, but I think that he should not be bitter because when he was using his programme to vilify Nana Addo, Nana Addo and the NPP did not say they were bitter,' Mr. Boadu emphasized.

He promised to support Nana Addo to become the next President of the country, noting that he would not succumb to the baseless allegations.

Bobie Ansah was given the marching orders by his employers following constant allegation that he was being paid by the Castle to do the bidding of the government and malign the NPP flagbearer.

According to reports, apart from the huge sums of money the Castle gave to him, he was also given a luxurious Infinity vehicle as well as other privileges for a good job done.
