The Problem With DEI Is White-Supremacist Perpetration and Perpetuation of Enforced Black Inferiority - Part 1

The problem of what is presently known as the Official Policy of Diversity, Equity/Equality and Inclusion (DEI) of Access to Opportunities of all peoples, largely ethnic, racial and political minorities who until the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr-led Civil Rights Revolution of the late 1950s and 1960s had been perennially and statutorily and legally excluded from civic and socioeconomic privileges and opportunities that were strictly limited and/or available to the so-called lilywhite members of the so-called American Mainstream Society, has always been known to inhere in the Self-Fullfilling Prophecy of the psychologically entrenched stereotypical expectations of the so-called White, Liberal and Neo-Liberal Proponents and Administrators of this otherwise perfectly kosher or dainty and progressive attempt to metaphorically “level up the playing field.” Rather, it has right from the get-go, as it were, meant to confirm, affirm or prove the long-established assumption and presumption of innate Black and African American cultural and intellectual inferiority to Indo-European or Indo-Aryan Peoples. For that matter, no scientifically objective criteria has ever been established to ensure that the best qualified racial and ethnic minorities would be recruited for the most professionally and intellectually rewarding employment opportunities. For members of the Ethno-Racial White-American Mainstream race and ethnicity was pretty de rigueur or the standard operating rule.

At any rate, the very concept of Affirmative Action, as the term DEI was originally known, in of itself, was always an oxymoronic and a practical impossibility or, at best, a veritable pipedream, for the simple reason that the approximately a half-millennium of the massive socioeconomically catastrophic and the deliberate and the systematic stagnation and the reversal of the natural development of Non-Aryan People by Europeans, largely Western Europeans, in particular pertaining to the economic and the cultural and the technological development but not necessarily limited to the foregoing aspects of human endeavor, of Indigenous Continental Africans, can absolutely in no way, shape or form be rectified and/or remedies within the infinitessimally temporal span of a generation or two, of the normative human lifespan, as most ardent White-Supremacist Academicians such as the 39-year-old Neo-Nazi Zionist - now, the Dear Reader should trust Yours Truly with his/her (their) proverbial Bottom-Dollar that, indeed, there exists such a species of the Human Animal as Neo-Nazi Zionists - who often go by the name of Nathan Cofnas, the Cambridge University alumnus whose vile and virulent accusation of “Plagiarism” and other forms of Academic Dishonesty precipitated the tragic suicidal death of the 41-year-old Cambridge University Professor by the half-Ghanaian name of Jason Arday.

Indeed, were the remarkable presence of genius Ghanaian scholars and academics not already well-known and long-established in Western Europe itself, and the European Community in general, we would, indeed, have had to worry ourselves having to epically and excruciatingly battle the obviously downright Hitler-inspred attempt by Dr. Nathan Cofnas to write off the entire history of the phenomenal achievements of Indigenous Continental Africans, in particular, and Global African People in general, from Prehistoric Times well into the Contemporary Era. Equally significantly, more than is enough to the Global Community at large, for the mischief-making likes of the Nathan Cofnas and the Benjamin “Mileikowsky” Netanyahus to so facilely and cavalierly presume that they could so imperiously and literally pull the wool over the eyes of the rest of us Clinically Sane and Unimpeachably Civilized Humanity.

For the present, however, we feel obligated to studiously focus on the very critical subject at hand, which regards the critical question of how an apparently sloppily administered DEI policy of not only “Inclusivity” but also the fecund “Complementarity” of the inescapable and the unignorable “Diversity” of the infinitude of the gamut of human talents and genius and the imperative necessity to avail ourselves of the full range of the creative capacity of humanity to realize the fundamental essence of our Divinity could so scandalously culminate in one of the most barbaric and downright savage academic tragedies in our time.

Now, the patently pedestrian tragedy here is that a perfectly and a purely human foible and, to be certain, an all too commonplace and no respecter of ethnicity, race, ideology, culture and creed was luridly and scurrilously sublimated into an unspeakably nonesuch rarity, all in the name of the Missionary Zeal of Genocidal White Supremacists like the Cofnas to supposedly prove the innate intellectual inferiority of an otherwise hardworking and fast-rising African-descended faculty member in one of the finest and foremost tertiary academies in the English-speaking world, to be certain one of the foremost tertiary academies anywhere on Earth.

An act of immitigable depravity of heinous magnitude which readily recalls an instance, during my otherwise Golden Undergraduate Years at the City College of the City University of New York, when Professor Michael Levin, another rabidly Anti-African racist Professor of City College’s Department of Philosophy, presently, an 80-year-old “Scholar” in the Philosophy of White Supremacy at Columbia University, barely a stone’s throw from my old “Beaver” alma mater, approximately two miles up-north. For Professor Michael Levin, whose White Puerto Rican Wife was also a Philosophy Professor at Yeshiva University, a predominantly Jewish institution approximately two-and-half miles to the north of CCNY, as City College is also popularly known, as also for MAGA-Pontiff President Donald John Trump, the African species of humanity was only best suited for janitorial services and as a plantation farm hand or laborer. Levin’s “Theoroid” was that the single most significant cause for the purportedly precipitous decline in the quality of American tertiary education, since the late 1960s through most of the 1980s and the early 1990s, was the supposedly grossly misguided academic policy of the open admission of too many of these Black Janitors and Farm Hands into avenues where they clearly and conspicuously did not belong.

For those of our Dear Readers who may not be familiar with the geographical anomaly that is Columbia University - originally called King’s upon its founding by a grant of charter by King Geoge II in 1754; it would be renamed Columbia College in 1784, in the heady wake of the American Revolution and, once again, renamed Columbia University in 1896, the same year of the birth of Yours Truly’s maternal grandfather, The Reverend Theodore Henry (Yawbe) Sintim-(Aboagye) of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana (d. 1982). In reality, the original University of Harlem, New York City, was not CCNY of CUNY, as it has been made to believe, presently, but actually Columbia University, because the latter globally renowned academy lies smack in the middle of the presently predominantly Black and Hispanic or Latino Upper-Manhattan and Washington Heights, New York City. Yours Truly’s Elder Brother, Dr. Kwasi Ayimadu Okoampa-Ahoofe studied Nuclear Physics at this most redoubtable globally renowned citadel of the equally renowned Manhattan Project during the mid-1976 to the mid-1980s. The hub of the catacombs of laboratories that housed the Manhattan Project, by the way, is located smack deep under the ground on which the architectural landmark of the City College of The City University of New York currently stands or sits.

Instead, for peculiar but quite understandable reasons, Columbia University chooses to label its main geographical location as Morningside Heights, or some such nominally absurd culturally or psychologically masturbatory encomium. But just like the proverbial coat of lip gloss on a pig, Columbia University Campus is practically indistinguishable from Harlem, New York. Quite a remarkable number of the classmates and contemporaries of Yours Truly’s from CCNY have graduate degrees from Columbia University. Fortunately, we know who amongst us bona fide Americans - native born and voluntarily naturalized citizens - looks like a veritable pig. No AI gimmickry here.

You see, My Elder Brother, Dr. Kwasi Ayimadu Okoampa-Ahoofe, who wears Two Doctor of Philosophy Degrees Under His Belt, or I guess, who could even say “Under His Toga” - Traditional Ghanaian Style - attended and obtained all First Three of His Four Degrees from Columbia University - not nomadically jumping from one “Ivy-Glorified” University Campus to another. And, unlike Nathan Cofnas, guess what became of his degrees or gold-gilted sheepskins? And by the way, this author has not communicated with his elder brother for more than 20 years - largely as a result of a late uncle who strategically decided to play us two against one another, on the blind side of my brother, in hopes of making his own children the academic and professional superstars of the Sintim(-Aboagye) Clan. Predictably, Mr. Nicholas Yaw Manu (not his real name) will not succeed, at least not on my part. Will shall continue this part of the story in due course as becomes relevant.

For now, though, the main point here, as I have done this before in a previous column or article, is to highlight the fact that the so-called Bunker Buster GBU-57 Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) had a major creative and original input from Dr. Kwasi Ayimadu Okoampa-Ahoofe, by the testimony of our presently deceased parents in the presence of my brother. The Bunker Buster was developed as part of his Doctoral Dissertation in Nuclear Physics between 1983 and 1984 at Columbia University and was showcased on America’s Public Television Network. But, of course, as is characteristic of America’s long tradition of entrenched and pathological racism, his name would not be mentioned even glancingly in the PBS-TV documentary narrative. There will only be the White-Supremacist Feel Good Generic Description of the Indigenous Continental African Inventor of the Bunker Buster as “A Columbia University Graduate Student.” He would be hired as a Nuclear Criticality Engineer by the Westinghouse Corporate Establishment where would work for nearly two decades, until he soured on the cavalierly racist and the deliberate mistreatment of this proverbial goose that laid the golden eggs. This was the bomb that was dropped by President Trump on several suspected nuclear-bomb manufacturing plants in Iran on June 22, 2025. Could Dr. Kwasi Okoampa-Ahoofe be more of a DEI Westinghouse hire than both Messrs. Trump and Peter “Pete” Brian Hegseth?

Could it also be something having to do with the gross incompetence and the abject lack of talent on the part of these real Affirmative Action White-Supremacist Babies that caused the Bunker Busters’ being so unsuccessfully used by some personnel of the US Navy and the Air Force? On the latter count, I am thinking of some genetic deficiency or defect in the physiological makeup of a God-Complex afflicted President Donald John Trump and his ilk of MAGACRATS. The joke here is that - and Yours Truly has already written about this in a previous article, several months ago - Mr. Trump’s “Rubio Index-Finger” got so sclerotic that the former Midtown-Manhattan, New York City, Real-Estate Developer, by his own public self-description, actually began to believe that he was God! Now, if this isn’t what “Black Power Envy” or Jealousy is about, then, tell be Dear Reader, what really is? This, of course, is what the late renowned African American Psychiatrist Dr. Frances Cress-Welsing called “The White Man’s Black-Penis Envy.” In other words, could Dr. Nathan Cofnas and all MAGACRATS be afflicted with “The Cress-Welsing Syndrome”? (See “The Isis Papers: The Keys to the Colors” [1991]). Go figure!!!
