The Founder and Leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has issued prophecies concerning the 2026 FIFA World Cup, warning of possible disruptions while predicting a historic performance by Ghana’s Black Stars.

Speaking during his December 31, 2025, Watch Night service, Prophet Gaisie said he foresaw unusual aerial activity over the United States, one of the host nations for the 2026 tournament alongside Mexico and Canada. According to him, the vision suggests potential security challenges that could affect the smooth organisation of the World Cup.

“I saw in America a lot of jets in the space of America. If we don’t pray, the World Cup may not come on, or it may be postponed, or there will be a problem with the American league,” he told congregants, urging intense prayers to avert any disruption.

Despite the warning, Prophet Gaisie delivered what he described as a positive revelation for Ghana’s national football team. He said the Black Stars would perform exceptionally well at the tournament and reach the final, marking one of the country’s greatest achievements in international football.

He emphasised that prayer could change negative outcomes and expressed confidence that Ghana would emerge with honour at the global event if spiritual interventions are sustained.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to be the first to feature 48 teams and will be jointly hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
