Popular radio presenter with Angel FM, Captain Smart has been asked to go home.
He was taken off air by his boss for constantly criticising government.
Franklin Cudjoe, President of IMANI-Ghana revealed in his Facebook post.
Captain Smart’s boss has been under pressure by some high-ranking members in government to take him off for making government unpopular.
Ace Investigative journalist Manasseh Azure Awuni has confirmed to ModernGhana News of same in his recent post.
"I did my own checks from multiple sources close to Angel Broadcasting Limited, and this is what I was told: 1. That Captain Smart has been taken off air. It's unknown how long he will be away. 2. Management has not officially communicated this to the staff of the company. 3. There have been complaints and pressure from some top government officials who are aggrieved by Captain Smart's utterances on his show," he stated.
Captain Smart ended his days at his former workplace, Adom FM over similar issue.
