The charity arm of Hon. Barbara Oteng-Gyasi, Member of Parliament (MP) for Prestea Huni-valley constituency, located veteran members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in her area.

The MP hosted selected ageing members of the party at a brief meeting on Sunday, November 15 at Prestea.

The legislator used the great opportunity to interact and hold fruitful discussions on broad range of issues bothering on their well-being.

She addressed any form of disparities that would negatively affect the party’s fortune and implored them to put away their differences and worked together as one unified force for the forward movement of the party
in order for the NPP to have a landslide victory in the presidential and parliamentary elections in December.

The MP assured the gathering of her commitment to ensure the smooth and equitable distribution of the Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) programme to make sure members with limited means get appropriate support from the government to enable them get access to quality aged care.

Each member was provided with half piece of cloth and food items.
