Closedown The Office Of The Special Prosecutor!

Closedown The Office Of The Special Prosecutor!
11.11.2020 LISTEN

“Hear Me Out Ooh Mr President!

Either you close that office of the special prosecutor which in the past few years after its establishment have not contributed to its main aim for establishment (fight corruption) but have come to join the long que of corruption, adding to the corruption bar chart we have as a country, or we (the anti-corruption, good Ghanaians) will have no other option than go on a peaceful demonstration.

It is clear there is no single individual in Ghana who is corrupt since Martin Amidu’s incapable office has not so far prosecuted even the little ant. Meanwhile, corruption is pressing us down the deep ocean. We cannot any longer live as if corruption is not a reality when it is real cancer on many brains of Ghanaians. Corruption is here in our country. We no longer have to wait for the eagle eye from the outside to point to us the roots in our country. We have the right to fight corruption and it is one of the key ways we show our freedom, freedom to fight wrongs.

The special prosecutor office has failed big time. All workers in that office continue to get paid for a job not done. This is complete madness (excuse my language). What is the difference between those ghost names on payroll who get salaries though they are ghost, and the Martin Amidu Office with all its workers who are alive but do no job for the country and receive monthly salaries? What about if Ghana should run a general clean-up exercise to ensure that all those ghost workers together with those living crooks?

Nana Addo, could you quickly reconsider the office of the special prosecutor? Has the creation of his office rather not added to the corruption bar chart than prosecuting corrupt people in Ghana? May be you created that office in order to push some guys who helped you secure victory, at least, consider the lager people in this country whose taxes pay your office and cast Martin Amidu and all his workers into the dark. Speak once more Mr. President, this time with all your energy, prosecuting corrupt people in Ghana even if you have to fall victim to this major endeavor. Push is it harder Mr. president but this time closing the office of the special prosecutor!

The office of the special prosecutor has failed the whole people. It has failed Nana Addo, it has failed the NPP and it has failed me. The prosecutor’s office must be blown down leaving no stone on the other like a missile striking a Palestinian enemy.

Demonstration is next if you don’t heed to this lovely letter to you my respectable president.

I remain sincerely yours, Emmanuel Graham Nyameke.
