King Promise, together with sensational rapper Kwesi Arthur, will be performing at this year’s True Music Accra Concert, which is scheduled for Saturday, October 5 at the Carbon Nightclub in Accra.
Organised by Ballantine’s Scotch Whisky, the concert would also feature live performances from other Ghanaian artistes and DJs like Kwesi Arthur, DJ Vyrusky, iPhone DJ, DJ Mic Smith and many more.
It promises to be an epic glow in the dark party fuelled by the sounds of true African music.
The Brand Manager of Premium Brands at Pernod Ricard Ghana, Sarah Haman, in a statement said the concert is aimed celebrating artistes who do it their way‒ whether they are just starting out or already global stars. “They aren't in it for the glitz and glamour, but simply to make the music which they truly believe in.”
“Ghanaian artistes are continually experimenting with different touch points of West Africa's musical heritage to create new, unique flavours that thrive from its African roots. That is True Music!” she stated.
Ballantine's is the number one Scotch whisky in Europe and the number two Scotch whisky in the world. It has won more than 130 trophies and medals at international competitions for its outstanding quality as a result of its unique richness of character and perfect balance since 1827.
“As a brand passionate about authenticity and staying true to what we believe in, we are showcasing and celebrating incredible true music in Ghana. Music born from passion, not compromise. This is our music; this is True Music Accra,” she stressed.
Persons who wish to attend are required to visit ballantines.com to register.
