Controversial Ghanaian comedienne and presenter, Afia Schwarzenegger, has taken a clean swipe at bloggers, saying they are “weak in mind” as if to mean the bloggers are unintelligent
This description of bloggers came on the heels of news reports that her twin sons, John Irvin Heerdegen Geiling and James Ian Heerdegen Geiling, have both ‘passed’ their BECE results with aggregate 20 and 29, respectively.
Obviously, she was pained by the reports which implicated that her sons were not ‘qualified’ to be placed in a ‘good’ secondary school to enjoy the free SHS.
The self-acclaimed “Queen of Comedygh” was reportedly sighted at the office of the education minister, Matthew Opoku Prempeh, “crying” and “rolling” on the floor to be shown ‘favour’.
Consequently, her pleas were heard and accepted and her sons were placed at the Kumasi SHS to continue their education, according to the reports.
Afia took to her Facebook page to post:
“Congratulations Sons...General Science is not for the “weak in mind” unlike some so called bloggers bi...Mama is so proud of you...Mmrante3”
If this is how Afia Schwarzenegger chose to celebrate her sons’ admission as well as the “victory” over the “bloggers”, Modern Ghana can only wish the boys well in their new endeavour.
